Some exciting stuff this week as I venture into teaching online. I hope you’ll join me.

Nia

I’ll be doing two demo (or practice) Nia classes this week. As demos these will be free 45-minute classes.

  • Tuesday, April 7, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. (Check in starting at 5:15. p.m.)

  • Thursday, April 9, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. (Check in starting at 10:45 a.m..)

Ageless Grace

After doing two demo classes to get the kinks worked out, I’m going to offer two “official” Ageless Grace classes.

  • Wednesday, April 8, 2020 from 11:00–11:45 a.m. (Check in starting at 10:45 a.m..)

  • Friday, April 10, 2020 from 11:00–11:45 a.m. (Check in starting at 10:45 a.m..)

The Ageless Grace classes are $8 each. We’re still working on getting everything up and running, but for now, Fill out the form below and I’ll send you the Zoom meeting information. You can pay via this PayPal page.
