Online

I use Zoom to host my Ageless Grace classes. Class information will be emailed after you checkout. I will accept class purchases until an hour before class starts. We’ll open the Zoom about 15 minutes before the start time so we can check in with each other.

Ageless Grace

I teach 45-minute Ageless Grace classes on the following days and times.

Wednesdays at 11:00 a.m.
Fridays at 11:00 a.m.

Ageless Grace is a brain fitness program that activates all five functions of the brain. It addresses all the physical skills needed for lifelong optimal function. Every movement is designed to be performed seated in a chair so almost anyone can participate regardless of physical condition. And we have a lot of fun! Laura Ghantous is a certified Ageless Grace educator.

Nia

I teach a 60-minute Nia class on Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m.. This class is temporarily suspended until further notice.

Nia tones your body while transforming your mind by combining dance, martial arts, and mindfulness. More than just a workout, Nia addresses each aspect of your life—body, mind, and soul.  Nia cardio-dance workouts combine 52 simple moves to get you fit in 60 minutes. Practiced barefoot, Nia routines are adaptable to individual needs and abilities. Laura Ghantous is a licensed Nia teacher.
