I love my work!

Through massage, I help relieve stress and pain. In my Nia classes, people come together to have a good time and learn to listen to their bodies while they move. During Ageless Grace classes, we challenge our brains through novel movement.

I love my work because I help people feel good in their bodies.

There’s so much more I have to be grateful for.

I feel really good in my body these days. I have been getting massage at least once a month, and thanks to my Apple Watch, have been consistently active every day. That consistent activity gives me more energy to be creative with movement and music. I can do handstands and cartwheels on the fly. I am roller skating again! And my “addiction” to jigsaw puzzles keeps me calm and happy.

I live in a beautiful state with lots of exploring still ahead. I have a wonderful family and cherish my friends.

Finally, I couldn’t do the work I love without my fantastic clients and students.
